Refund policy

Typsy Sugar does not offer refunds on any services, classes, trainings, workshops, online courses, kits, deposits, or digital products — NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once a purchase is completed and checkout is submitted, the client automatically agrees to all Terms & Conditions, including this Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Missed or cancelled classes
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Transportation issues
    • Change of mind
    • Personal or financial circumstances
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
  • Payments cannot be disputed, reversed, or charged back once processed.

Alternative Options

If a client is unable to attend an in-person class, Typsy Sugar may, at its discretion:

  • Offer access to online training
  • Ship any included kits or materials

These alternatives are provided in place of a refund, not in addition to one.

By completing checkout, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated on this website.

Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in loss of access to all services, Legal Action, materials, and future bookings.

Training Reschedule Policy

Due to limited availability and the amount of preparation required for each training, all class dates are reserved specifically for each student. Once your training is booked, those dates are blocked off and unavailable to other students or clients.

For this reason, any request to switch or reschedule training dates will require a $200 reschedule fee. This fee helps cover lost booking opportunities, schedule changes, preparation time, and instructor availability.

We ask that students only book dates they are fully committed to attending. Repeated reschedules may result in cancellation of training access.

By booking a training with Typsy Sugar Academy, you agree to this policy.

Model Policy

Students are responsible for providing their own live model for hands-on training days unless otherwise discussed in advance.

If a student is unable to bring a model to class, training will still continue using a mannequin head for practice. Please understand that working on a live model is highly recommended for the best learning experience and real-time application practice.

Failure to provide a model does not qualify for a refund, discount, or reschedule.
