No Refund Policy

All class purchases are final. Due to the preparation, scheduling, training materials, and limited availability of each course, no refunds will be issued once booked.

Training Reschedule Policy

Training dates are reserved specifically for each student and become unavailable to other bookings once secured.

For this reason, any request to switch or reschedule training dates will require a $200 reschedule fee. This helps cover lost booking opportunities, scheduling changes, preparation time, and instructor availability.

Please only book dates you are fully committed to attending.

Model Policy

Students are responsible for providing their own live model for hands-on training days unless discussed otherwise in advance.

If a student is unable to bring a model, training will continue using a mannequin head for practice.

Please note that failure to provide a model does not qualify for a refund, discount, or free reschedule.
